It seems ordinary… until the freight lands on time.

Metro Xpress Logistics moves cargo by air, sea, road and rail, and every load ships with one tracking code and a page your customers can follow.

Track a shipment

One code shows shipper, receiver, timeline and photos.

4 modes one tracking code

Every handoff written down

Photos at checkpoints

One code, the whole truth

Give everyone the same page

Every load gets a code, every handoff gets written down, and anyone with that code can see the truth: shipper, receiver, timeline, photos. No map theatre. No fake “live GPS”.

Shipper & receiver

Both parties on one record. Details stay in sync.

Honest timeline

Checkpoints as they happen, not a trailer animated on a map.

Proof at handoff

Photos attached to events, so “delivered” means delivered.

One code, every mode

Air, sea, road, rail. The tracker does not change.

How it works

  1. 1

    Every load gets a code

Issued at booking. One code for the whole journey, whatever the mode.

  2. 2

    You share the page

Send the code to shipper and receiver. No login, no app.

  3. 3

    They watch it move

Checkpoints, photos and status appear as handoffs happen.

What shippers say

Fewer calls, more answers

The tracking page does the talking. Here is what that means in practice.

“The daily “where is it” calls stopped the week we handed our client the tracking code.”
Logistics manager, consumer goods
“Photos at handoff settled a damage claim in a day instead of a month of back and forth.”
Freight forwarder
“One code for air, sea and road. I give it to the supplier and that is the whole conversation.”
Operations lead, manufacturer

“No map theatre. No fake “live GPS”. Just freight work, documented properly.”

About us

Built by an ops desk that had enough

Most logistics sites promise visibility and deliver a PDF. We built the opposite: one tracking code, a public page that shows route, parties, events, and photos, with an ops console that stays out of the way.

Air, sea, road, rail. Same process. Same tracker. If you have the code, you see the load.

For shippers

Hand your customer a code instead of a phone number. Status updates live on the track page.

For operators

Create, update, invoice, attach photos. No dashboard cosplay, just the work.

FAQ

Questions we get every week

Tracking codes, statuses, and what to do when a lookup fails.

Where is my tracking code? +

Issued when the shipment is created. Check your confirmation or invoice. Codes are unique and case-insensitive.

How fresh is the status? +

Events post when handoffs happen. Refresh the track page for the latest timeline; there is no fake live GPS layer.

What do the statuses mean? +

Pending: booked, not moving yet. In transit: en route. Delivered: destination handoff done. Exception: something needs ops; contact us with the code.

What shows on the public track page? +

With a valid code: full shipment, route, parties, timeline events, and any photos we attached.

Code not found? +

Check for typos first. If it still fails, the shipment may not be published yet; email us with the code you were given.

Air, sea, road, rail: different trackers? +

No. One tracker for every mode.

How do I report a problem? +

Contact page. Include tracking code, what you see, and the last event on the timeline.

Ready to check a shipment?

Paste the tracking code. See where it sits.
